Put in your current insurance info. They just want to see that your insured.

I definitely disagree. Owners got a huge priority advantage for many months. If you wanted to have the coolest car on the block you had your chance. Now it's time to get serious and crank these cars out as fast as possible starting with the people who have been waiting the longest.

Yeah I don't know how time zones are dealt with. Maybe they're correcting for that - although it sounds like not based on your situation. They must still be batching people in some way, maybe blocks of time, who knows. I'm sure you'll be in the next group whenever that is.
