Tesla, TSLA & the Investment World: the Perpetual Investors' Roundtable

I’m expecting the stock price to jump 7 to 10 percent on news of the Model S refresh. Nothing but silence recently. Are there still no model S’s showing up within the Fremont parking lot? I also understand that the GA line for Model S may not start rolling until the first week of Feb...

Wiki Selling TSLA Options - Be the House

I'm optimistic. Just purchased another $150k in Feb calls at $420. Just have to be disciplined enough to wait 38 days before touching it.

Tesla, TSLA & the Investment World: the Perpetual Investors' Roundtable

I think TSLA has already crushed NIO, and will continue to do so, regardless of this sideways SP movement. But I tend to agree with @Lycanthrope that S&P inclusion will give a temporary bump up in SP, but then recover to norms. It would be a nice short term option play when it does, but in...

First, apologies for me being slow on this. CNBC reports from Biden Covid advisor that he recommends 4 to 6 week national shutdown to control the pandemic. I'm only interested in a discussion as it concerns the SP of TSLA. Do I need to repeat that?? :D:D:D My thoughts that if it does...

Sold some NIO calls I bought three days ago to have more dry powder ready. I still expect $385 by Tuesday/Wednesday. My orders were put in yesterday. May go lower.... or go to $500. ;);)

I have buy orders at $385 now. Looks like it may be a while (Mid-2021) before we see the big jumps up, as before. Not advice. PS. Disclaimer: The market does things irrationally all the time. I could be totally off base here. We know Tesla is awesome and in five years from now, we are...

Tesla, TSLA & the Investment World: the Perpetual Investors' Roundtable

Bad luck my friend!! :D:D:D Seriously, not a bad idea from my point of view. With C19 lockdown concerns, and with election results (regardless who wins) sure to be contested, and afterwards the election count not being settled for another 3 to 8 days, yeah - things could get crazy. :p FYI...

Tesla, TSLA & the Investment World: the Perpetual Investors' Roundtable

So many times have I made money on downward moves in TSLA, but this latest movement has me quite concerned. This move seems rooted in the dramatic rise in C19, and as election jitters both pre & post seem imminent. So, I have backed out of my IRA account positions in TSLA and will re-eval...

Would love to see Model Y be the first candidate and I hope you are right. But the only single form casting machine right now is the rear third section. It seems feasible that they would duplicate this first in Berlin and Austin. At that point, they could create a second mold machine. Since...

Highly unlikely for SEXY cars. It would most probably entail re-engineering of the middle chassis sections of these vehicles. Which would also mean weeks of re-tooling and no cars coming off the line. Semi and CT are first candidates IMO.
