    This charger is now showing up on Tesla's website of active superchargers as well as on the navigation screen of my car. However, when I try navigating a route through Bristol, it isn't yet showing up as a charging point. Maybe a few more days. @jdo I think you misread Sylvia's message.

    With the power hooked up, it seems the local utility has inspected and approved. That is often a time consuming step. So, if I am reading this right, the only thing left is for Tesla to come out, inspect and number the chargers - correct?

    I stopped by yesterday while passing through and there were several workmen going at it. There was a lot of stainless steel piping rising from the ground and a backhoe that was active. I was with people so I wasn't able to ask when they projected finishing construction, but it was comforting...

    I am really excited about this as we are building a home outside Knoxville and the Wytheville to Knoxville stretch is long. Since the pictures show construction has actually begun, does anyone have any projection how long the construction process will take and when the SCs might be turned on?
