This happens to me occasionally when the AC is really cranked to max. There is a bit of vibration in steering. I'm told it's not unusual (by service).

Warm is ok; very hot should be checked. I have had a couple of mobile connectors that needed replacement, one because it was hot to the touch - all during 40 amp charging. Better safe than sorry....

For what it's worth, I finally found a place that the SunPass (in Florida) worked - at least a couple of times. It is right below the mirror mound (directly below the center) with the pass just into the clear part of the windshield below the black part of the mirror mount. Regards... Keith

Same issue for me. I was told its not sealed and that's jut the way it is. Can't be good for internals but I guess if ventilated, condensation disappears when dry...

funny, I just discovered this error today as well - range charged yesterday in Model S, came back and plugged it in assuming it would revert to standard, but it didn't. Should be an easy fix.

My experience was sort of similar- sig 92 vin 506- and went through a period where communications were abysmal- emails not returned, phone calls ignored, etc. Was given sept mvpa date with a wink and now that it might be late August- now looking like very end of October or very early November...
