Dont forget this is a 2014 car ;) A brand new P90DL has an EPA rating of 270 miles. So 253 miles is 93.7% which means that the battery degradation has been of ~7% over the course of the 4 years / 40K+ miles. Which is not bad at all :)

Correct. These are not the next generation seats. These are the previous ones with the plus that they are heated seats. You have 3 heat levels which you control via the touchscreen.

I would think a LOT. I was concern about this. Especially with all the reported issues on the P90D batteries. On the bright side, a full warranty should cover any failures.

Agreed, it is by no means new and I have been told to expect normal wear and tear. They will do their best to bring it to as New condition as possible but it will still be "used". On the other hand, it has a New Vehicle warranty so that will help cover any degradation or hardware malfunctions...

Well, the discount price is good, now will that make it a good deal that is a different question. For exactly the same price I can get a 75 with the newest autopilot hardware (2.5) and its 4.3sec acceleration.
