When I sold it, yes. The dimples weren't terribly noticable and the refresh bumper was still a big improvement over the nosecone IMO.

Buyer took delivery yesterday and is ecstatic. Dimples/dents. Look carefully at the drivers side of the bumper in the first pic. Passenger side has exactly the same indentation. I'm guessing those are the attachment points and the plastic slowly warped in the heat.
