This build does seem to be going fairly wide - its up to 17% of the fleet. Behaving a lot like the original rollout schedule...and not being deployed at full speed like recents. I think it will be replaced shortly. Potentially a .2 will appear overnight.

IIRC Only emergency/safety builds tend to be pushed via LTE. Everything else mostly by wifi.

I doubt that you will be able to select arbitrary builds ever. Requires too much resource to support robust upgrade/downgrade - who knows what databases and schemas are in these cars.
