Thanks for the advice! Removed nose cone (not easily done), found the battery terminals, applied a trickle charger, and the car came alive immediately! The handles extended and I am now connected to my garage charger! THANK YOU!! I'll wait until fully charged before I cancel the mobile tech...- White Rabbit

So sorry for your saga! I read with interest bc I have a similar problem with my 2013 S, except it is completely dead...won't unlock doors, or connect to app, or open charge door. I tried all the tricks with fob to get in, plus new fob battery. She sat unattended in garage for 2 months at...- White Rabbit
