Hi Alex, thanks for your comment. You were right, there was a problem in some of the queries that could cause that in some users the speed of the web was not optimal, I apologize for that. These queries have been detected and optimized. We have made tests with more than a hundred users and we...

Hi, sorry for the delay. You have to click on "Live mode", then "Start Exhaustive" mode. Teslaspy will poll every 10 seconds, and the info and charts will be updated immediately on the page. Lot of users use this function in the car browser

Hi, teslaspy polls once per minute, and there's an option to adjust the frequency to every 15 seconds. There other MC1 cars on teslaspy, and they can sleep well with the 15 minutes without disturb, but I can add the option to be adjustable jordi

Hi @SilverGS, please check the Sleep Analyzer page to see if your car is sleeping at any time. If not, maybe you start a drive when teslaspy is not fetching data during 15 minutes to let your car sleep. This way the init of a drive or charge can be lost. The 10-15 km battery drain is...

Hi @SilverGS for every charge location, you can setup a kWh price. To do this, click on the "tag address" button and then for this location you can enter a name, a radius to "snap" nearby locations, and a price per kWh: In the "Charge summary" page, you'll find a lot of information about...

Hi Alex, if your car is in "put to sleep" (this is, teslaspy is no fetching data from your car during 15 minutes to let it sleep), and you init a drive, during this few minutes the init of the drive or charge will be lost. See the attached example graph for my car: If you want to be sure...

Hi, some users requested the availability to export the drives and charges list to an excel or pdf, this option is now active on TeslaSpy. I've added the cost as an individual column, so now also there's an option to sort the drives/charges by cost asc/desc.

Yes, it's correct. But with enhanced sleep mode enabled, you can setup a time window to "force" teslaspy to fetch data from your car, for example from 8AM to 6PM, and then no data will be lost in all drives and charges inside this time range

Hi, I 've asked TeslaSpy users with MCU2, and the battery drain with MCU2 cars it's the same that users with MCU1 with always connected. The big difference is that MCU2 users can't let their cars asleep, so the "Enhanced sleep mode" on TeslaSpy has no sense. Said that, if you check the...

The vampire drain in kWh are calculated taking the range loss as a reference: if your car has lost 5 miles in range, TeslaSpy will calculate the equivalence of this 5 miles in terms of kWh. This value will be more accurate if TeslaSpy has data from one or more charges of your car at 100%...

Sorry, I didn't know that in MCU2 there is no "always connected" option. I've read here in other TMC posts that cars with new MCU2 are always online, and never sleep. So in this case, you have to uncheck the sleep option on TeslaSpy, because your car will not sleep anyway
  28. T

Vendor TeslaSpy.com - Know your tesla

yes. it's accurate. If you have "always connected" in the settings of your car, your car will be always online and never asleep.

Hi, the problem of the frozen screen it's strange, no other users reported similar related to teslaspy. The screen sometimes has to be reseted, but honestly I don't think that it's related to teslaspy, because teslaspy only does a call to the api of your car every minute, and it's resolved...

Hi, your car is always connected to 3G (if available), you can awake your car with the app or other service online. With "always connected", is your car's computer that will be always online, no matter if TeslaSpy or other service or app is polling or not. I see in the graph that your car is...

When you finish driving the vampire drain has to show the correct value. But I'll improve this same day estimation to not show...

maybe the best and most accurate option is to inform the user that the drive is not complete (TeslaSpy can know this, because the odometer it's not the same), and the first x minutes have been lost. Hi, if you have "enhanced sleep mode" enabled, if your car is not sleeping nor driving, TeslaSpy will "put to sleep" your car for 15 minutes to let your car sleep, and if not, will check if there's a drive or charge in course. If you begin a drive while your car is in "put to sleep" (this is...

Hi, this sounds strange. In the settings there's an option in the enhanced sleep mode to force fetch data from a period of time (in this period the car will be always online), do you have this option checked from 0 to 24? If this is the case, your car will be always online If your car has...

Hi, the countdown it's only "to add emotion", and to give time to the server so it can establish a connection with the api (usually the response takes 1-3 seconds, but sometimes more time is needed). When the countdown is finished, you can start when you want the run, and teslaspy will init the...

the car status it's retrieved directly from the api, so it's accurate. The "put to sleep" means that TeslaSpy it's only checking if the car is online/asleep (this not wake up your car in the case that is asleep). If your car is not sleeping in 15 minutes, it will check again some time to see if...
