Purdy Lodge has finished being rebuilt for the 3rd time. Now to wait for power. Again.

We have had some progress at Purdy Lodge. Unfortunately, it's backwards progress. Looks like they have dug it up for the 3rd time, and may be moving the 2 Supercharger boxes.

Purdy Lodge update (Berwick). Looks like they have finished swapping the charger location (it used to be the other way around), and things are getting close to being finished. Pretty sure they have dropped from 8 down to 6 though annoyingly.

Adderstone/Berwick coming along nicely. Looks like the power may be in, so hopefully not long now.

From comparing the release notes for Sentry Mode on AP2.0 and AP2.5 (tesla_raj on Twitter) it seems like we won't be able to access the video from when Sentry Mode is enabled.

Your car will still need to be staged for the updates. This is not "on demand".

Does anyone have any info on why AP2.0 is so far behind right now? I know they were making huge changes to communications between systems in MCU1 cars, but that should be a lot of AP2.5 cars too surely?

2019.5.14 seems to be rollig out to AP2.5 only atm

So music is always on the bottom, no matter what? I have music + maps open all the time, so it's perfect for me, but just want to clarify for others.

There is no way they are going to "fix" that any time soon, it was a design decision. The amount of people complaining is also tiny in the grand scheme of things. People just dont come on forums to post when they are happy with an update.

Because Tesla's point of view is that the car should just park itself, you should not need to know what is around you. Obviously that takes time, but that is their goal.

I find this funny. People like you would be the first to complain if Tesla didn't fix bugs.

Lots of UK cars just started downloading. Some over 5gb now, which suggests maps.

You have to share from another app. So open Google maps, and then find a location, then click share, and select the Tesla app. Like this As for media controls, it needs to be activated in the car first.

Are those pictures from an AP1 car? Interesting that AP1 is getting obstacle aware acceleration too. That is awesome.

Thanks. Really hope the Obstacle Aware Acceleration is 2.0 too, as Electrek and other release notes disagree on which cars it supports.

And even if you are on 36.2, they may just be reinstalling it. I got a notification at 2am when my car was in the SC, and it was just reinstalling 36.2.

I would not get too excited. Customer service reps are not normally informed before we are about releases.

No. They were able to download it. A lot of people monitor network traffic to their cars, so we would know if there was a mass download by now.

I had more phantom breaking on AP1 on a route route i do all the time on AP2... i think it really just depends on many factors.
