I have 2 PW2s and go from 100 to ~40-10 most days by the time free nights kick in. One PW was actually replaced about a year in. Original PW (~3 yr), Capacity 12.3 kWh and 20 MWh charge/discharge total. Newer PW (~2 yrs), Capacity 13.5 kWh and 15 MWh charge/discharge total.

Took a quick look at all my bills and usage Energy Charges - This matches SMT's billing usage. It's the last day of the cycle's reading (rounded) minus the first day (rounded) Nights free credit - Can't figure it out, but this number has been higher than Energy Charges all but one month, so...

In the 0% reserve club... Had to pull ~11 kwh from the grid on Sunday before the free nights started. Now need to put ~100 kwh back into the next couple weeks to zero out the bill.

One should be mine... finally got my first bill. But the free night credit kwh was more than the total energy kwh 🤷‍♂️

For additional info, solar was initially sized for ~66% offset. But my current lifetime generation is 32MWh and 70MWh imported from grid.

They do have access to something. I was with a SA having them check on an inventory VIN to see if it was a "reject" or not. They were very quick on that tab and even moved the laptop out of my view.

I confirmed by API, but you will also know when you don't hear all the UPS beeping. The only way to test is by having a full PW and killing the grid.

I submitted through the app and they came back asking for model numbers. However, the next day they said the change was made. They didn't tell me the freq and I never sent in my the models numbers. However, I was able to confirm they changed it to 62.5 Hz when testing it.

They were able to cluster them better, but claim the southwest facing roof is 47 degrees pitch and not eligible. Hopefully they can send someone to verify the angle since it should be 45 degrres.

There's not that many, probably interpreted stain marks from the satellite images as penetrations. It will cover ~133% of our day time usage. Night time rates are really low here due to wind, and can even go negative many nights including last night ($/MW)

If you have the means, go for it. Personally, dealing with the adapter every time is not worth it. We had a HPWC and J1772 EVSE. I got rid of the EVSE for a second HPWC.

But any of the apps that monitor the car will require your credentials. At least TeslaFi allows you to use a token rather than giving them your credentials.

When charging, some of the energy is used to power the car including heating/cooling the battery and a little to transmissions loss. I would ballpark about 1kWh is not going into the battery depending on the temperature and other things. So 40/48Amps is really charging the battery at ~36/44...

What's the cost difference? 20% faster charging and cleaner install is probably worth at least 100 bucks to me.
