My credit union (Pacific NW Federal CU) said that they'd have no problem giving me a loan on a Model 3 at 1.99%. Even if you don't live in the Portland area, PNWFCU is willing to pay for a one year membership to Leach Botanical Garden to qualify you to be a member. Worth checking into, IMHO.
