@FlyNavy01 Is there space for anything larger than a 255 up front?

Vendor DIY Xpel ultimate plus or stealth precut kits

Can you PM me a price for stealth on a model 3? Just for the full front end (no bumpers or trunk) and both sides (no seam at the rear rocker panel and no T cutout on the hood)? Bumpers and trunk I'll do custom since I don't like the seams on the pre-cut kit.

Drive Unit Failure- No warranty- Going to Catalog my experience with repair or replacement

Sorry to hear about your troubles. I'm looking forward to learning how to work on my M3 as stuff breaks. Hoping to see a DIY section of real repairs as these cars become more popular and worked on. Please document what you can!

    My NEMA 14-50 Installation Experience

Can you run a sheathed cable through conduit? I thought wires in conduit had to be individual wires?

I made a change to my order. When do they charge the change fee?

some have said that you only get charged that after you've been assigned a VIN

I was a delivery specialist for many years- Ask Me Anything

Do you think I can request that they don't install a front licence plate bracket or the ugly "Dual Motor" badge on my Mo3P

[POLL] If you placed your order - what did you order

I think all the people that ordered the Performance + PUP are scouring these forums hoping to actually learn what we're dropping 80K on. At least that's my story. I'm a car guy through and through and can't believe I'm buying a new car that I have barely any info on.

    How will the P3D get 3.5 0-60?

They uncorked the MS and MX so it did not compete with the M3. Why would they uncork the M3 to be as fast as the MS now? I agree, it can probably be done, and is likely ho happen from a 3rd party tuner.

    Performance model with lower suspension

I thought people were saying the performance models sits 1 inch lower than an AWD/RWD. I wonder if the performance+ is 1cm lower than that?

Model 3 "Performance Brake Calipers" just red or different altogether?

Another member posted this originally and claimed it was in the M3 owners manual a few months ago

Stripped down P over fully-loaded AWD?

AWD will certainly be a heavier car. No doubt that its portly for a mid-sized sedan, but if you have not a Tesla before, you will be surprised at how little body roll there is due to the majority of the weight being at the height of the axle, regardless of AWD or RWD. The RWD is fast and fun...

Model 3 "Performance Brake Calipers" just red or different altogether?

I think part of the reason he toasted pads so quickly is traction control constantly trying to intervene, but I do agree the brakes are fairly small for a car of this weight.

Performance Model suspension sits ~1" lower in configurator (pics inside)

Shameless Question: Will you make spacers for the 355mm brake calipers to adapt to your 365 rotors? I've checked that box, but am still waiting for specs on the calipers.

Can I ask what rate you actually got from these guys?

Performance Red brakes DO NOT fit 18" aero rims

That test mule was on 20"s, but you bring up a very good point. My revised guess: Performance model has larger rotors and normal calipers Performance+ has larger rotors and different calipers.

    75D vs 100D performance

Ha! I wish I had the budget. I'm still young and in the market for my next electric car. I made the mistake of driving a Tesla and became obsessed. The 75 is plenty of range for me, and I only want EAP and white paint. Total would be <$80k for an inventory car before rebates.

75 and 75D variants increased performance from July 1st - software and hardware improvements?

I'm in the market for a 75D and test drove a pre-6/17 built car and I can tell you it doesn't feel silly quick like the 100D. I'm looking for an inventory car and my OA found out that they changed the motors in the 75D at the end of June. Anything after July should be a software update, but the...

    75D vs 100D performance

Not new to EVs or Power. My i3 Lease is up in November so I'm looking forward to having a Tesla next. The original 75D feels just a bit quicker than my i3 up to around 60mph, where my i3 falls on its face. My fun car which is being sold as a down payment is a BMW 135i that has had some massive...

    75D vs 100D performance

Hi all, In the market for a Model S and just had a couple questions. I'm leaning towards a 75D and have driven both the 75D and the 100D models. Driving the 75D, I was NOT wowed by the acceleration. When I mentioned this to my OA, he said the 75D I drove did not have the newer motors or...

Fantastic Tesla 90D Lease deals for someone ready to jump on it now -

I'm looking for a good deal on a S75D to purchase, possibly lease depending on the offer. I'm wanting to keep costs down as I'm younger (25) and not as financially able as some on this forum. Looking for either a black or white, preferably textile, with autopilot. I'm not looking at CPOs since...
