My driver’s seat is developing some light striping/fading on the side of the cushion. Has anyone else had this happen? Anything I can do to prevent further discoloration?

Just installed. Nothing obvious except my dashcam usb became corrupted after updating. I guess I will have to reformat.

Also got 39.7 just now. I’m hoping it fixes the major nav freezes I had today. Car location wouldn’t update through multiple mcu reboots. Sound kept cutting out. Had to fully power down and restart before it finally unstuck my car location and gave me nav updates again.

Unfortunately I haven't been able to find a way to place the apps on the upper half of the screen. As someone who ALWAYS had the rear camera displayed on the top half of the screen, this is very disappointing. Hopefully if we give enough feedback they will bring back the option in a future update.

Woke up this morning to an update notification and installed it when I got to work this morning. It's version 9, but I can't find any messaging relating to autopilot on nav, not even the method of confirming it by moving the stalk. Here are pictures of the release notes.

Other local companies would ensure the installation met the city of Austin's requirements to earn a $2500 rebate on the installation, but Tesla is offloading all of that to me. Has anyone in Austin installed a Tesla system and then got the rebate on their own? I wonder if the reason they are not...

I'm shopping around for my first Tesla, and hearing the inconsistencies of Autopilot V2 (enhanced autopilot) is starting to make me hesitate with buying new. I'm debating buying a CPO AP1 model instead. Does anyone here live in Austin? How well does AP2 handle Mopac, 360, etc.
