Yes I sold it for almost no loss and no gain depreciation. So If at all there is a loss for me. It would be about 1k - 2k but having the car for 9 months that loss can be ignored.

It is possible right, since you are in Freemont, you may get the delivery by end of september. It is always the delivery that takes another 10 - 20 days time. So barring that and if at any time in september they start your production they may end it by end of september and you are ready to take it.
