    Lowering Links

@artsci... Glad they worked for you... Didnt work for me. I like the up brackets... A solid look and ride. To each their own. There isnt a right or wrong here.

Air Suspension Lowering kit be added after the fact?

You could get it bagged after the fact, but it wouldn't be controllable through the touch screen. As for cost, it would be hefty probably about 6k all things said and done...not sure its worth it as you'd have basically no warranty. If you're concerned with ride height consider a coilover...

Tesla Model S Lowering Links Questions

These brackets are for use with air suspension. If you have coils, this wouldn't work... If you have air suspension, the spring rate constant does not change, it is simply a function of vertical distance. So the car's natural ability to corner is not changed other than it is a little bit...

Tesla Model S Lowering Links Questions

As a person who loves the sporty look on vehicles, I'm not a fan of wheel gap. The Model S with the Air suspension gives you the ability to reduce the gap whereas the regular suspension does not, it is fixed... I personally wanted a sportier look and as such I bought the Unplugged Performance...

    Square or staggered?

Hard to feel the staggered nature on a vehicle that is 4 wheel drive.... if the situation was switched and you were square on the D and staggered on the rear wheeled P85 you'd notice the difference.

    Square or staggered?

Rohana RFX5 The weight savings from the 21" wheels negates any higher usage. I also have UP Brackets installed for that extreme low look on the highway...and energy is use is actually lower. The stock 21s are I believe 21 x 8.5 (which is pretty much a tesla only size) making tires very...

Which lowering links do you have ?

UP - Are Brackets, not links, the links you have are stock - fixed length links. The brackets are fixed with two holes (Sport - Lowered), and Standard - OEM Like. In low mode there is less than a 1/2 cm or so space...it looks amazing. I'm not sure how much lower you could go from there, I...

    Square or staggered?

You can DEFINITELY tell the difference between a Staggered setup and Square...I have a P85 and the staggered setup feels like a roadster where the square felt more like the way an Audi would drive. Yes you can definitely tell the difference between staggered and Square...but in my opinion I...

    Lowering Links

Install was Simple...(Not that I did it myself)...but a good auto shop did. Total install time is roughly 1 - 1.5 hr? All they have to do is remove the OLD bracket, and put the new one its place. There are precut holes (Sport - lowered, and Standard - OEM-Like). They come in a really nice...

    Square or staggered?

I have staggered 20s on my P85, and i can feel the difference in terms of it being sportier. Personally I recommend 20s, looks great and much better tire wear. I would be hard-pressed to believe that on a P90D (which is all wheel drive) that staggered wouldn't affect the driving. To my...

    Lowering Links

@PlugNPlay85 ...not sure if this is still a valid point to you, but I have the UP Sport Brackets for lowering on my S P85. It applies to any Model S with Air Suspension. 1. I have used lowering links, and i highly DO NOT RECOMMEND them. Let me explain, a lowering link is a link much like...

Which lowering links do you have ?

Hi Everyone, I used to have lowering links, and let me tell you, that sometimes too much adjust-ability isn't a good thing. My car is under warranty, and everytime it goes to Tesla, they reset those links back to stock. Plus, because these links are basically just a threaded connection, you...
