I had a problem with my Model S shortly after delivery time. The passenger window didn't close all the way allowing some road noise and wind whistling. Fixed by a ranger service car in a few mins for free. YMMV.

Tesla trade in quotes are only good for 1,000 miles I believe. So if you're going to put more than that on you may want to check with someone at your SC.

Worse Minnesota. I just warm my car up before I get in it ever time. Even sub zero temps it only takes a few mins. Had my S for 3 winters only used my steering wheel heater a handful of times.

I don't understand the point of a heated steering wheel when you can just warm the car up ahead if time. I never get into a cold car all winter long. I have a heated steering wheel in my s but never use it.
