I've been wondering the same thing. The button disappeared a while back for everyone I think, but the new prompt to ask why you disengaged has never shown up for me. Maybe they'll fix it on a future update or maybe it's only available to 3, Y and new S, X for some reason.

Looks like they've sent out a new batch of camera upgrade invites. I got mine on June 1st. There are a couple more June 1 updates on the spreadsheet too! Scheduled appointment for next week and it was approved by the service center. Hope Tesla lets more into the beta soon! :)
