Start with placing a service request and explain everything there. Once in a while use scroll wheels when prompted to hold wheel. I generally wiggle the wheel left and right gently without disengaging and never had this issue on any of cars.

Got FSD Beta fellas!!!! I guess they must have made some changes to firmware to accept those cameras in recent firmware updates as that’s what the service tech told me.

I did brotha.. problem is tesla techs don’t want to look at that spreadsheet and are persistent with their theory that it is the right part so I’m hoping they might do some kinda firmware changes to accept that part in FSD. 🤣

Finally service centre accepted my request of camera retrofit after 6 attempts.. I’m currently on MCU2 with FSD computer in 2017 Model X P100D And appointment is on 22nd Sept but due to me being away during that time I will reschedule it to a later date.

Stay with 22s.. Range difference is marginal as I have both 22 and 20s on my XP100D in different seasons. Big guys are just too pretty to not have.

works perfect on Model X as I have been using it quiet regularly... Can’t comment for M3 but be sure to shoot an email to support or a call to advise them of the issue... More complaints they receive is better for the fix. Cheers!!!

Exactly... TACC is way better in Tesla then majority of other vehicles including MB and Audi which will brake hard when anybody cutting in front..
