So yours was built about a month after mine with a vin far lower (mine is 140xxx) yours is eligible and mine is not. I'm still glad tesla did this for everyone who was eligible. I'm not going to accept my answer until next year's service where I will ask them to physically check while it is there.

Well the nail is in the coffin. Denied at executive escalation. The technical reason given was that PT_BMS_ISENSORPROTOCOLNUMBER must be greater than 3 and mine is exactly 3. I guess this means that version 4 and up of a sensor in the battery management system is the determining physical factor.

I'm within 50 of your vin. Also ineligible. Build date May 16. Built as a 70D upgraded to 75 before delivery. I'm tempted to email service help to get a second opinion but I have a pretty long history with the person I emailed from my SC so I doubt he was wrong.
