The motor and battery should still be under warranty.... 8 year or unlimited miles. Everything else is out of warranty. I have a 2013 S 85 with no warranty (except the motor and battery) so far everything has been good. Some minor issues that are common with Tesla. Door handles mostly.

Quick update: Tesla is offering me about $49,900 for my standard S 85 with 25,000 on the odometer. There is a P85D in my area for $53K but with 50,000 miles. Worth the trade? I would lose the rear facing seats. They come in handy but not essential .
