Preface this as it is a matter of opinion. I have have 2013 Model S and never got a screen protector, never needed. It seems to me that screen protectors are just a marketing thing, companies make money selling them and there is no need whatsoever for one in a Tesla.

But was your delivery date in 2023? Mine was summer 2022 and moved to 2023. Waiting for it to move back, just guessing it will as my other Model Y delivered in Feb had the same thing happen.

Any January ODs that were pushed back to 2023 get their EDD moved back to this summer or fall? Mine is still 2023. Yes everything complete, cash etc.

This is same for me. It is either temporary, or Tesla has chosen to sell mostly Performance ModelY to make this years earnings look better...only for now as the demand is super high.

This is happening to many. Time will tell if it pushes back to August. My previous order had 6 month pushbacks and then went back in a reasonable cue, but this may be different with the Gas prices etc.

Yes, but you are August 18th order and getting your vehicle before most of us September people, so somewhat in line. Yes the EDD system is very odd with switching around. My EDD is currently 2/12-3/12. So at least you got yours before most of the September people.

Happened to me a few weeks ago Entered trade info and 5 days later it goes back to February. The June-July thing is a temporary holding place for the computer and they shuffle you right back in line.

This is what I have been trying to say all along. My edd was originally Jan-Feb. August od’s finishing up. September od’s started. February will have lots of Sept orders delivered. March the rest with some outliers. Pending ww3 the cars are being manufactured at higher rates than ever before.

September orders are getting there. It is like the stock market. Day trading can make you go nuts. Step back and see that in September it gave a delivery range. Yes some in Dec. I was always Jan-Feb ish. Yes it went to March but still sitting at Feb12-Mar12 Too much demand and not enough supply...
