Yes, it is still there in my Y (took delivery last week). It is much subtler than the reverse noise and is just white noise as has been described on here. I only notice it because I roll the windows down and listen for oncoming traffic when I pull out of my garage into the alley.

I had a fob fail on me even after replacing the battery. Tesla mobile service can come out and replace the fob for free. It's a five minute fix.

You are going to love it. Don't be surprised if you have some hiccups in the first few months--I certainly did. They are annoying to varying degrees, but (for me) none of them outweigh the joy of driving this thing. I've had mine for about 1.5 years and I still feel giddy when I get in the car.

No, because of the timing. He could only stage 36 and then I had to wait for it to download and then install. After he left, I sat in my garage waiting for the download to start. After 15 minutes I gave up and drove to work so I can afford my Tesla.

FYI I asked the Tesla ranger to stage the new update this morning. He said it wouldn’t let him jump me from 34 to 39–He had to push 36 first. So if you’re not on 36, you’re still two updates away.

Don't get me wrong, I am still waiting anxiously for my update notification. I have a ranger appointment tomorrow for my key fob. Anyone know if they can push an update or does it have to be at the service center?

Got the same message when I turned the car on this morning. Also already had unlimited supercharging. Maybe it is just Tesla reminding us how lucky we are. Haven't noticed any problems with the driver door.
