In case someone is looking to get calipers done on the west coast, I had my wheels refinished at Panther Precision Machine in Surrey, BC. While it was in, decided to have them do the calipers in red. 8 months in still looks good as new.

yep same here replaced all four on my 2015 S 70D. two under warranty and two others on my own dime. hoping they hold up for a while now...

you can add as much as you want to it; the rebate is based on the base vehicle price which is now under $55k and will qualify regardless of options chosen beyond that price point.

Update - service centre replaced my instrument cluster which didn't help. However, the V11 software update seems to have completely eradicated the issue!

Should have clarified - I'm pointing to the case of entire Supercharger being used by a corporation with none available to the public. Also the fact that their policy is to charge to 100% SOC means the SC will be in use much longer to get to that charge level.

yes exactly - the SC's should be for public individual use, not corporate/commercial use.

Let’s hope you’re right and this sorts itself out. I think Tesla needs to assert itself in this if the practise becomes common by corporations and their rental fleets. If they are using these cars to make profit, they should invest in their own charging infrastructure.

I don’t think it’s the same as asking a person to unplug when it’s one corporate entity taking up the entire supercharger and not leaving some for the general public. By this logic then we should all give up on superchargers and just leave it to Hertz for their use?

So this is going to be a major issue as it seems Hertz policy is for employees to just charge the fleet at the closest Supercharger to 100%. A friend of mine recently ran into this on a road trip with his family through Alberta. Supercharger at Rocky View AB was taken up entirely with Hertz...

yes this is now constantly happening on my 2017 Model X - have had it in twice for the same issue and got the same answer as you from Tesla. I keep telling them this is a SAFETY ISSUE as it happens when I'm driving but they keep saying it's under review. Pretty frustrating honestly..

this is happening to my 2017 MX regularly now and Tesla says it is a firmware issue. Sounds crazy that such a major safety issue has not had a fix issued yet!

had mine done through AF Vision Autoglass in Burnaby..I believe they also have a location in Richmond. They do lots of Tesla glass work and know what they are doing.

New supercharger location coming to Surrey - down the road from Guildford Mall. In the new development Guildford Village 156th st and 104th ave. 6 stalls. This one is much easier to get to from the highway..
