Looks like they could be upgrading this location. There's a long underground covered path from the cabinets to a location that is fenced off. Inside the fence is some storage and pipe, I couldn't see any delivered supercharger stalls.

The Primacy 19s on this screenshot doesn't include the Tesla acoustic tech, that's probably why it's cheaper. I believe it's a layer of foam that absorbs noise. The factory 18in Primacys and 20in Pilot 4s for P3D both have the Tesla Acoustic tech.
I just got DUB IR tint on the top glass with 35% VLT ceramic film. When I put the sample piece up to the roof it looked like it would be fine, but the roof turned out pretty dark once installed and doesn't give that airy feel it used to. I'm sure everyone will have their own personal preference...
I've tried both quickly pressing or holding the button, nothing works. The other 3 windows work as intended. At least it's the only minor hardware problem with my car other than the random software bugs I've noticed.
