are they new? there are a lot of people with new ones from the Referral Program... the market price for those seems to be around $3,000.00. If the set you are buying is not new, I would look for a new set and pay $500 more. That's what I did and found a perfect brand new set on Facebook.

Since it is technically considered a "new model", the Standard Range needs CA regulatory approval to be released to customers. The approval is required by the CA ARB (CA Air Resources Board)

Apparently this hold is only for Standard Range MX. All others have been released.

did you first try a hard reset in service/safety on the screen, and then powering the car off? Just curious if that too would have worked?

Thanks @ev1982. Tesla should have told us about these delays with the SR before we got our financing in place. Tesla has received 100% payment for the car for a few weeks now and we have nothing to show for it.
