It will be interesting to see some of the people who reserved on day 1 chime in if their estimates get revised to push out the standard battery. I suspect there will be a lot of anger if they push it out in a way that prevents people from getting the full tax credit.

If I were in your commute situation, I'd be very hesitant to get the SR, especially if there are no Superchargers along your way. LR would be fine for range. There are not really any other options EV-wise in the same price range as the LR, so in terms of justifying it, it's really the only EV...

Issue is magically fixed this afternoon in Ohio. I am now getting 3.5 Mbps with one bar of LTE, which is coincidentally faster than I am getting on WiFi.

Performance is still poor in Ohio. 110 kbps on fast.com.

There's now a post on Reddit about this same issue. It seems as though this issue is only affecting those in the eastern US for whatever reason.

Now that my theory of 2017 throttling is refuted, I am confident this is the reason!

I have the same issue, even with using the radio ID. I know I have Sirius capability because there was a free two week trial for all (?) radios last month and it worked then.
