I I just tried the Apple...Lightning to USB 3 Camera Adapter.....With this it adapter you plug it into you iPad or iPhone and the other side has the USB and lightning port so you can power it from your car. This worked perfectly for me. -

TeslaCam in iOS 13!!
I tried this with my Apple usb to lightning but I got an error message on my phone that it needed power so I’m going to try the cable where I can attach it to power at the same time. Hope it works. But of course you have to be on iOS 13.
