I removed the white sealing materiel and dried the pump and well...it works just fine. Now I have to seal it again and put everything back together.

I have the same issue with my vacuum pump. My one looks the same as X.l.r.8's but it was wet, too. So it looks improved but has the same issues... I am ordering the IC and will try to get it back working...

In the end, the booster is functioning well from the start...don't know why, tried to do something, but was not able to take the booster pump out (without removing the front bumper), but ... it is working. Perhaps some self healing capabilities of the roadster...

Seems not to be normal to me, mine is blowing at 1, and 2 and 3 is just more airflow, but it starts at "1" - 0 is off. Any difference if you set to windshield or passnger (right knob @full right or full left) ?
