Look at the specs of the tire you want to use, it will have a min/max wheel width that it can fit listed. Most 245s are 8-9.5 in which should fit the 21 x 9 rear wheel.

CPO warranty is the same as a new car. I don't know of any 3rd party warranty that covers Tesla. I don't believe the original warranty transfers over when you purchase from a dealer, only from a private sale.

I also got one on order, 2015 S 85D Dark Blue AP1, black nextgen, carbon fiber trim. Order date was Jan 26.
