Just got 20.1 this evening. I haven't had a USB drive inserted because of this issue. After the upgrade there was no dashcam icon visible at all. I inserted the drive and the dashcam icon showed up and shows it working, we'll see if this lasts I guess.

Good to know a factory reset might be an option to resolve the issue, though I'm going to pass on that for now. I've already wasted enough time on this issue, I really don't want to have to setup everything again. Hopefully a software update to correct this will be coming soon.

I agree completely, I was just eliminating that as a possibility. Plus it gave me multiple drives to work with before reformatting. Sadly I'm glad to see others are experiencing this same issue though, I won't bother getting it working again since clearly this is a software issue. Curious to see...
