My monthly premium with TDMM increased from $204/month to $308/month when switched from model s 75D to model x P100D. Also got an quote from personal, rate is about $220/month for similar coverage, btw I’m in Maple/Vaughan

You don’t need to polish before wrap and when the wrap is removed you most likely need to polish again. Just got mine back last Saturday and it looks amazing.

I got an p85 2014 as loner it drives butter smooth even better than current production 100D. I don’t know why but these earlier car seems to have better quality material, from leather to all the plastic trims.

I asked the service centre to do it apparently my VIN is not on the list yet, I will try to find some reason to send car back into service for the upgrade.

Anyone tries to do ceramic on 3m matte wrap? I heard it’s pretty easy to DIY as no paint correction needed.

Honestly S drives better than X, it feels more planted. I switched to X as wife is expecting soon and the falcon doors made it so much easier for car seat and has 3rd row for more space.

Noticed excessive vibration when driving on highway, took the car back to Tesla, changed front half shaft and one tire due to the sound insulation foam falling and cause the vibration. I got the model X from Tesla so it has CPO warranty on it , overall experience is pretty pleasant.

Get extended warranty I just switched from S to X and think the X has more places potentially will need replacement (falcon wing door seal, front drive shaft, front motor mount, etc). Range is not gonna be too concerning for you if you don’t drive over 200km per day for ur communte

I am still waiting for Tesla to assign delivery specialist to look into it whether they would just reduce the loan so that there are no credit balance. Payment differs by 180$ but I was planning to pay it off faster so should be fine.

Update May 19, RBC approved the loan application at 3.4% 96 month, for some reason they approved higher amount than I originally applied and result in a 8k credit Tesla has to pay back to me. Anyway, don’t want them to check my credit again, gonna take the loan offer and prepay the credit to...

Congrats, just purchased an 17 XP100D as well. From north of the boarder and waiting for delivery. The car is located in the same city so I’m expect the delivery to be faster hopefully.

Just call 407Etr and have the rep to flag your license plate so you wouldn’t be charged on video charges anymore. I had my transponder mounted on the recommended location and it won’t received the signal properly sometime no matter how slow I drive across the scanners.
