Calipers are not exactly installed fully extended. Lots of room to have something between a fully retracted caliper with pad and rotor. I am sure they also wouldn't be the first factory in history to install pads backwards either if that was the case... LOL You never know

You do realize that the pads are not in contact with the rotor 100% of the time. Maybe there was something that got between them in the assembly process. As mentioned maybe the calipers were sticking and burned into the warning tracks.

Looks like you got something between the pads and Rotors.... either that or that's your warning track.... LOL

Have seen the issue come up in a few video's. Is it possible that Tesla has hidden a camera in the new front headlights? I am under the assumption that there is a giant blind-spot for vehicles crossing in front. I am sure there isn't but makes you wonder if there is.

Don't recall saying all jobs would be transitioning to fixing EV'S. Once individuals start saving thousands on oil changes, vehicle maintenance, engines ect. They will in return now start transitioning that money saved into other sectors. Home renovations, investment properties, traveling ect.

The customization world has been using very similar door handles long before Tesla was. And no it wasn't done for aerodynamics before but a sleek look. I am sure it saves on drag also so a great combination for Tesla. But let's don't give Tesla all the praise for this stolen design.

For this very reason I am keeping my P100D for life. FSD is literally worth 15% of what the vehicle is actually worth now. If I just Put it in the garage one day it might be able to drive me somewhere.
