After being "June" since about 2 weeks after placing my order on 10/5, I now have a slightly more optimistic estimate of May 18-June 15. At this point, I'm happy with any sign from Tesla corporate that my order is not stuck in some sort of limbo.

I was having the same issue: multiple phones (both Android and iOS) but none of them could be set up as a phone key at delivery or at home after delivery. Tried all the standard troubleshooting steps: reboots to phones and the car, deleting the app and reinstalling etc. On the advice of the OP...
