I too just updated to 2018.21.9 and my browser works again. Now everything works!!!

The SC confirmed it is a firmware issue and will have an update soon.

Just came from the SC and they verified that they know about the browser issue and stated it is definitely a firmware issue. Hopefully should be resolved within the next few updates. Tesla is great to work with.

I’m on 2018.20. It certainly sounds more and more like a firmware issue. If it was a hardware issue I doubt I would get interment usage of the browser. I will see what they say tomorrow and update everyone

You were correct. The next time the car want to sleep overnight the browser would not work. Taking it in tomorrow to SC. Will update everyone when I get further information.

Thanks for better describing the issue you are correct it is a browser or the rendering. The on line user manual in the T menu does not work. I will post the reply I get from Tesla which has been escalated to a higher support level. I should here in a few days. Thanks again for responding

I have exactly the same issue. I called Tesla today and they are escalating it to the next level and said I would here in 48 hours. I will let you know what I find out.

Thank you for your kind response. The service center is only 15 min from my house so I went and visited the delivery expert assigned to me and he told me not to sweat it, that we would work through it when the time comes. So to seems like they will be flexible with me. Thanks for the advise

Will they keep it for 10 days or so? I thought you had to get it out of their lot within 7 days

I thought that I had to take delivery within 7 days once the delivery destination received it. Is this not true or are they flexible?

Now I'm really concerned if my daughter takes it out with her friends and is tracked...yikes.. there goes the warranty!!

Thank you. I’m excited to get it. Three weeks away. When this voltage issue came up my heart dropped. I’m so glad to here that it will charge. I don’t know what else I would do if I needed to bring the voltage down. Thanks again for the reassurance

This is my first post as I am weeks away from receiving my model x Anyway I have installed a Tesla home charger. The voltage is on the high side 252.5 to 253.5 but ComEd says it’s within its limits of 240 +\- 14 volts. Will my model x charge at this voltage. Thanks for the help
