I just received ProClip phone mount for the refreshed Model X. I like the position and it’s really sturdy, however it bent the dashboard more than I thought it would be and leaving quite a bit of gap. Would this damage the dashboard after removing it few years down the road?

Feel like they are trying to upsell you the Plaid by lying to you about Q1 2023 delivery time. From what I’ve seen. Delivery center has ZERO clue on when you’d get VIN. You’d also get 6 seats instead of 7. Unless that’s what you want, and it’s important to get a car now, then I think it’s a bad deal

Couple folks here mentioned that they got the call as well (Not in CA). One person mentioned he got offered 15K. 20K doesn't seem like too good of a deal.

I kind of doubt it. My estimate was November 07 - January 16 (Ordered 06/2021), and I got put on hold today as well. I feel like they are betting on the fact that some people might be offline for summer vacations, and might not check their email or order status page for more than 10 days.

Such a close minded comment. I enjoy my Model 3 and excited for Model Y that I just ordered. But at the same time, I see many benefit of MachE and would not call it inferior. I've had plenty of frustration with my 3 during the past 2 years of ownership, and the QC is still embarrassingly bad.
