Oh here in silicon valley many employers have free EV charging with a charge valet who shuffles cars around as they get charged. That also allows them to do stacked bumper to bumper parking to save space.

pre warming the battery is a good idea especially if it's cold out. On a model 3 at least the motor is used to warm the battery so you can warm them at the same time.

Electric buses make a great deal of sense for cities where particulate emissions from diesel are a big issue. It's good to see long range models coming along as well. In the big cities of china electric buses are all the rage.

There's energy loss in charging and supercharging often has to heat the battery as well. That's all electricity that doesn't end up as charge.

Well the government owned chinese banks are deep into Gigafactory 3, those are some awfully deep pockets.
