Has anyone actually used the edit button? The purchase agreement mentions a $500 fee for any changes to your configuration. Is that actually the case?

Looks like Tesla refreshed their map of Supercharger target openings. Santa Monica is listed as Fall 2018. That could be promising, as other nearby locations (Venice, Marina Del Rey, Playa Vista) are listed as 2018 (no month or season specified) or even 2019.

That is how this lot has been used for the last couple of couple of years (rented parking for special occasion / events). I imagine that won't change until Tesla is ready and able to start construction as it is basically free money for them to collect.

Not much of an update but it seems that the status of the permit has changed. The demolition of the existing small building at the proposed site is now *in review*.

I live on the same block as the proposed site so I will try to post if and when there are any updates or changes. Sadly nothing yet though.

That is amazing news! This is literally the location I suggested to Elon way back in August.
