I ordered on 10/11 and I didn't get any emails about V1/V2. If I don't get one with a battery (V1), and they won't accept my returns in a timely manner, I'm going to file a chargeback with my CC for selling me a product that's different from what I ordered.

File a chargeback on your CC if they won't refund you.

TeslaFi doesn't log my morning drive to work correctly, it picks it up on the map like 15 mins into my drive. So if my drive is 60 mins, TeslaFi says I drove for 45 mins, but still went 19 miles. EastBay to SF commute.

Just got my MVPAtoday and my VIN changed from 252XX (ISA emailed me that VIN) to 360XX (VIN stated in MVPA). Good thing I didn't buy insurance yet.

Do you have his phone number from the time he called you? Call that number back. My ISA called me from his direct line and said that's the number to call if I ever needed to reach him.

If we don't get a VIN today, I don't think we'll get one tomorrow either. Config. 5/1 - Seeing people who configured way later and getting VINs already is giving me hard FOMO.

I thought about changing my order (Config. on 5/1) to AWD, but we are unsure about the tax situation. It would suck to change it and then they announce they hit 200K in Q2. I live in Oakland anyway so I don't NEED the AWD. Or at least that's what I'm telling myself.
