The family have just hired lawyers and are preparing to file a lawsuit against Tesla for wrongful death. I find it interesting that they are not sueing Caltrain or whoever was supposed to be responsible to fix the barrier, which would probably be an easier case to win.

So my brand new custom ordered Model X was delivered less than 2 weeks ago and has just under 500 miles when a rock decides to chip my windshield. I was just wondering if anyone has any good places in Illinois to fix rock chips. Thanks

If anyone here is a wrongful death attorney, I would try to reach of to the family of the deceased victim. I am not a lawyer however I am pretty sure if the family of the victim decides to file a lawsuit for wrongful death and negligence they would almost certainly win.
