Other than energy consumption difference, how about noise level? Are they different or about the same? SDKoala and 240w, how do you feel about the noise level, are both of you have non performance version? If so, how is the noise level of PS4S compared to MMX4? MJP.P3D- has performance version...

PS4S has 30k/6yr warranty, can't you claim some of the money back from the tire store? I know Costco honors the warranty if you purchase tires from them. It's prorated.

In your experience, do 19'' PS4S summer tires more noisy than the 18'' all season tires you replaced? Or about the same noise level?

Costco has PS4S 4-tires set for $110 off. I plan to go there when the summer comes. For TO tires, tesla service center seem to be very competitive. But again, none TO tires such as PS4S tires are better choice.

Hankooks is not available on Service Center yet for tire only. It's available for tire/wheel set. It may be available when summer comes.

OK, I'll pull the trigger when summer comes. From what I checked on the spec on Tire Rack, all TO tires have form and weight 1 lb more that than respective none-TO tire. Just to be sure, your 19'' are 235/40ZR19 PS4S, right?

Finally I got scheduled for HW3 retrofit on next Thursday, 2/27/2020, at Watertown MA Service Center. My VIN is 15xxx and has FSD option when I got my car in April 2018. Hopefully HW3 retrofit start speeding up in MA.

Today I went to Tesla Service Center in Dedham and asked for PS4S. They told me that if I switch to non-testa certified tires such as 19'' PS4S, I may have to sign some sort of disqualification document. Tesla service may refuse to fix some issues such as vehicle vibration, etc. It's strange...

Thanks lot. Do you know how much mileage will be affected. Micheline PS4S is the OEM tire for Model 3 Performance. The mileage still have 299 miles.

I had the exact same charge to charge my I3 for the past 2 years. And I have no problem to charge my new Model 3 using the same charger. I don't need to change amps load on my Model 3. It detects 30 amps automatically. I got my Model 3 on April 26 with VIN at 15xxx. Do you have earlier Model 3?

Got my brand new M3 yesterday. With 19” wheels and without adding anything, I got about 65 dB-A with 80 mph in I-95 Burlington MA. I don’t feel noisy at all. I have paid dB Meter in my iPhone.

Don’t think that FSD is out of reach. Unlike other dinosaurs, tech companies such as Tesla always roll out the features little by little. You don’t need to wait for whole thing available to enjoy.

I purchased FSD to anticipate Tesla will start rolling out some of FSD features this year soon after they do cross country FSD.
