Anyone in DFW TX with a 3 LR with Acceleration Boost?

Heres a couple draggy runs with and without the boost. As you experienced in your test drive, the LR feels very neutered from 0-40. With the performance boost you get smooth acceleration all through the 1/4. I think the LR with boost and softer suspension is a great daily driver. If you had...

    Titling and registration in Texas

I took delivery in September and the forms came via FedEx within 2 weeks. They included 2 temporary tags with the car so if something was delayed at least you’ll have tags to put on your car for 60 days. I’m in Collin county and I paid thetitlegirl.com $250 to do it for me. I don’t know how...

Anyone have squeak in driver seat back? I’m trying to pinpoint source

I had this in my 2017 at about 10k miles. I took it to the service center and they could reproduce it by pressing down on the left side of the seat. It turned out to be something with the seat rail, which was all one piece with the seat, so they just replaced the whole thing.

    Checking on a Rumor

I’d wait, especially since you already have one. The “model s refresh” has been rumored for years, but it makes sense to happen soon. We won’t see Cybertruck for a while so they need something to keep the momentum going, and a new S and X, batteries and all, makes sense. I have a feeling the...

Going rate for electricians in Dallas area

That seems a little high considering it’s barely $50 worth of parts. If you’re handy at all, it’s a pretty simple install, not much different from running a 120 circuit, just beefy wire.

Tesla infotainment system upgradeable from MCU1 to MCU2

    New update on Teslafi: 2019.32.12.3

Driving this morning on 12.3, I'm 100% sure the car was reading speed limit signs. Going down the 121 access road, the speed limit is 60, but on the highway it's 70, and you can clearly see both signs from the access road. When the car passed a 70mph sign for the highway, it would switch to 70...

Steer me in the direction to remove the Dashboard Grille area

I know the sound. If you press on that grill piece you'll hear it click, there must be some sort of clip that's loose in there, it's just hard to get to. Mine was more towards the left side of the dash, I put a piece of doubled up felt tape between the bottom of the A-pillar and the grill...
