I talked at length with my shop. they did advise me that even if they enlarge the pieces, there are certain locations where they dont have enough angle to adhere the pieces to the car and therefore the gap.

Is it common to see seams on a xpel wrap, or any PPF for that matter? I just had my M3 done, and I can see them at many locations. I am waiting to talk to the place that did the work, but I wanted to get some expectations first. See the pictures below (ignore my ugly mug from one of them...

Thanks. there are tons of magnetic car ones. I just asked the jeda support team and they clarified that their mat does not have this feature.

Anyone know of a slim QI charging pad that could be installed that is also magnetic? I have a mophie case and it’s so thick that the phone falls off the ledge into the dash. Was hoping the magnetic portion would fix that.

I travel to Harrisburg for work every once in a while. I’m about 2hrs east. Maybe next work trip.

Anyone find a wireless Qi charger that is magnetic as well? I have a mophie case and the phone keeps falling into the dash because it’s so thick.

Strange, got great signal on my iPhone, and crappy service on my Tesla.....

Does anyone know what provider Tesla uses? I have noticed the worst cellular service in my car in which it drops out frequently.

Where did you see the instructions saying three days before delivery? I am getting conflicting info from Tesla and my ISA all but disappeared. I am also picking up on Tuesday. I haven’t issued payment yet.

I just called the dealership and they said either personal check/cashier check or ACH on the day of delivery is fine. I guess it’s all depending on each local dealership.

As a followup, has anyone paid with a personal check before? Issues?

For those that have already gone through the process, how seamless is using the ACH function on the website to pay for the car? How far in advance did you do it? I am getting my car on Tuesday and wondering if I should just wait until that morning to initiate the transfer, or do it sooner...

I found it interesting that I received a call from the SC saying that my car is there and ready for pickup. I tried to move the date up with my ISA, but couldn't get any response. Called back the SC and they told me that they are booked solid for people to get their cars and it wouldn't be...

Hmm...the midnight silver might be mine (I was originally going to get it on 5/4, but I had to push it to 5/11). Are they covering the VIN #'s? Maybe I have to do a drive over there.

I had 5 quotes. 2 were from telsa authorized and 3 were from non-tesla affiliated. All were given the same work and doing the same items. Prices from the Tesla authorized were almost double in price.

I have seen a lot of delivery checklists, but nothing really mentions the software version installed in the cars. Are people seeing the latest software installed? If not, can they push it during your pickup? also, what version is the most current that everyone should be asking for on their...

Yes. I got a VIN on 4/20. MSM 19” EAP.

I'll be getting mine from Devon on 5/4. If I see a Red Aero with EAP, i'll be sure to leave a note :)

I called Telsa and said that I had a VIN but not call from the ISA. They told me that they can only send a message to the ISA and let them know that your waiting and maybe you will get a call back, but its first come, first serve in line. Within 1hr I had a all from the ISA to get things moving.

Yup...I hear ya. I think its the time after you get your VIN that you are anxiously awaiting next steps that is the most painful. I at least get a progress indicator when I order my pizza from Dominos.
