Maxton Design Canada (now also US)

Looks great bro! Subtle yet more aggressive. Been considering the same MD front lip and side skirts for my white Model 3, but a little weary about driving over all these steep mall entrance ramps, speed bumps, and steep hilly roads here in San Diego. I'm dropped a little over an inch already...

Vendor Artisan Spirits Aero Kit for Tesla Model 3

I agree with hydro481, price is a little crazy, but would still like to see pics of each piece of the kit in more detail, and in unpainted CF. Ground clearance is always a concern for most owners so pics and details to provide info on what it is up front with the lip would be helpful, on a...

Anybody have a Front Lip spoiler?

Hey CactusOne, that looks on point! Nice job. A few questions if you don't mind: - Is your front spoiler the Ikon style one? - Is it real carbon fiber? - May I ask how much it cost with shipping and where you found it on Wish? I can't seem to find it using their crappy search function. - Can...

F/S: Like New - Set of 20x9" Vertini RF1.5 Wheels Silver Machined w/ Chrome Lip ($1250)

I recently bought a set of Vertini RF1.5 silver machined with chrome lip wheels for my pearl white RWD Model 3. Actually ordered from Josh and GetYourWheels.com, so he can vouch for the authenticity. Wheels were literally installed around Nov. of last year (about 1.5 months ago), and only have...

Southern California (Orange County) Tesla Model 3 Tint/PPF Group Buy

Not cool man, good luck. Hopefully, they do whats right and fix the chrome delete issues asap. I wonder if he's less responsive since he already took 50% deposits from everybody else, so is less concerned about negative reviews and people backing out. Otherwise, it seems odd that he's not...

Southern California (Orange County) Tesla Model 3 Tint/PPF Group Buy

Oh damn, yeah compared to the jobs I've seen in person, that's pretty shoddy work. Despite the good deal i think I'll have to pass unless they do a hell of a job fixing it up. Please keep us informed if they redo the chrome delete for you and if its any better second time around.

Thanks for the feedback @lla4u2 . Care to share some pics of the chrome delete issues? So far the reviews of their actual work has got me a bit nervous. I feel like most of the positive reviews on Yelp are based on their window tinting work, but since i already have tinted windows, i was...

    Lowering the Model 3

@MC_29 appreciate the feedback, and no issues with bottoming out, knocking noises or the springs binding like some reports about the UP moderate springs? @Cricket88 i emailed Tsport support and they confirm that trimming bump stops is not required nor recommended. Emailed Unplugged about same...

What he said...@sneakerhead, any chance you can post pics of these ppf seams? If the are too noticeable i might go elsewhere for ppf.
  10. Rlee21

    Lowering the Model 3

Trimming the bump stops only seems to be required for the Eibachs, and since i rather not have to trim them, I'll have to pass on them.

    Lowering the Model 3

@MC_29 can you share your driving impressions with the UP milds? How does it compare to stock? What version were you oem springs, version 1.0 or 2.0? Still debating between the UP milds vs Tsportline springs so your feedback is quite helpful. Thanks.

Southern California (Orange County) Tesla Model 3 Tint/PPF Group Buy

@SoCalGuy , so are you saying the Ontario one would only charge $1000 for a full front in old wrap vs the $1200 price at OC? Maybe I'm misunderstanding your post.

Southern California (Orange County) Tesla Model 3 Tint/PPF Group Buy

I'm a little surprised at the seems since when i spoke to Roger he said they wrap all edges. Is this not true then? Little hesitant to do ppf with them if they don't actually edge wrap.

Damn, sorry to hear about the charge port. If Tesla doesn't replace for free you should definitely get Xclusive Auto to pay. Now, can you clarify what you meant by "their ppf is much better"? Does this mean Rods Tint doesn't do as good a job with their ppf and show seams everywhere?

Southern California (Orange County) Tesla Model 3 Tint/PPF Group Buy

So front bumper is $350 for PPF, anybody know how much they charge for doing the front hood as well? Noticed that the chrome delete pics didn't include emblems, is this not something they do? @Sneakerhead, pics look good, are you happy with the quality of the workmanship and the 3m of...

Can somebody post pics and a review if you get PPF or chrome delete done with Rodz? Still on the fence until seeing some actually feedback. Hoping they add full car ceramic coating too. Makes jo sense to ceramic coat the front half of the car. Also, has anyone considered trying a brushed...

    Model 3 Center Console Wrap

Thanks bud, I'll try to remain patient till then Can you please PM or post here onve they are available on Amazon? Don't think Amazon can do notifications.

Southern California (Orange County) Tesla Model 3 Tint/PPF Group Buy

@Nevertipsy any more details on what the ceramic includes in the $300 tier 3 price? What type of ceramic coating do they use? How many coats? What's the warranty period? How much does full car ceramic cost for tier 3? Thanks for setting this up btw!

    Model 3 Center Console Wrap

@Kenriko any idea when you will have the door switch brushed black metallic kits back in stock?
  20. Rlee21

    Lowering the Model 3

Yup, sounds like the Eibachs are too much of a drop for me, similar to the UP moderate springs. So leaning Tsport still, unless someone has feedback on the UP milds? Appreciate everyone sharing their experiences and pics though.

    Lowering the Model 3

@Twincam23 your car looks on point! Love the antique bronze look, was strongly considering that color for our white M3 too, but wife was iffy on it. So since you're running 20s with the Tsports, can you share how it feels ride quality-wise and handling wise compared to the aeros and stock...

    My center console

@chojn1 , was trying to place my order, but really wanted to order a qi wireless charging station to go along with the sunglass tray and bottle holders, any idea when the qi phone station will he back in stock? Also, my phone has wireless charging but my wifes iphone 6s+ has no wireless, does...

    Lowering the Model 3

@dgaultiere thanks for posting all your experiences with your Tsport springs, you've been extremely helpful! Mind sharing a bit more on about your overall ride exeperience with the Tsport compared to the stock springs? Did you have gen 1 or gen 2 stock springs btw? Also I just bought 20x9...

    Lowering the Model 3

Just noticed that the Unplugged Mild springs are now advertised as providing a 0.9" drop (used to be described as 0.7"), which makes it pretty damn close to the Tsportline drop of 1.0". That said, looks like UP mild springs are back in contention. Think I'm leaning towards Tsport or UP Mild...

    Lowering the Model 3

Ah fair point, that makes more sense that they were correcting their price after Eibach changed prices. Thought they were pulling a airline price increase based on popularity and search hits....lol... but a correction makes much more sense. I'm with you Atlas310, leaning towards the...
  26. Rlee21

    Lowering the Model 3

Pretty sure the UP springs were manufactured by Hyperco, not sure about Tsport.
  27. Rlee21

    Lowering the Model 3

That's some BS, it was definitely $242 earlier today, but they jacked up the price by $50 now.
  28. Rlee21

    Lowering the Model 3

So for the Eibach Pro-kit vs Tsport lowering springs comparison here is my understanding so far: 1. Both springs are linear springs for fronts and progressive for rears. 2. According to vendors, Eibachs have 1.2" drop all around and Tsport are 1" all around. 3. The Eibachs ($242 -...
  29. Rlee21

    Lowering the Model 3

So to clarify, i just called Eibach as well and was told the springs will cost $324 as well. He said that last week someone had accidentally quoted and posted the wrong price of $269, so they honored it for those who ordered last week, but going forward the price is now $324 + shipping. Not...

    Lowering the Model 3

Decisions decisions... anybody going to try out the Eibach springs soon? Trying to decide between the Eibachs and Tsports springs but would love to get a comparison or at least read a review and see some final pics of the Eibachs before deciding. Sounds like Eibachs will he about $80 cheaper...

    Lowering the Model 3

Your profile view looks just about perfect! Super even all the way around. Basically how our M3 should have been from the factory if it were truly a performance sports sedan. Thanks a bunch for all the info and feedback mpt, sounds like the Tsportsline springs are the ones I'll be getting then.
  32. Rlee21

    Lowering the Model 3

@mpt, you're M looks on point with the drop and spacers, great job. A few questions: 1. Can you please provide a full on side shot of the car from a bit further back to see how the wheel gap looks from a distance? 2. Was the drop of 1" from stock accurate for the Tsportline springs? I know...
  33. Rlee21

    Lowering the Model 3

Thanks for the feedback Andre. Don't think I can go with the moderate springs if I would always be worring about speed bumps and steep driveways. Love the look but not worth the anxiety of scraping my battery. That said, sounds like I'll have to hold off until I see some reviews and pics of...
  34. Rlee21

    Lowering the Model 3

@ckop24, (or anybody with the moderate drop) any observations about scraping r bottoming out over speed bumps and steep inclines/declines? I know somebody earlier in the thread with the UP moderate springs mentioned scraping the underside/battery going down into their parking garage. Trying to...

    Lowering the Model 3

Ride looks great! Love the stance. I have the same white M3 on order waiting for delivery date too, and ome of the first things i want to do is drop it slightly. Currently torn between the mild .7" lowering springs or moderate 1.5" springs from Unplugged. The sportier drop of the moderate...
