I believe they don't say driver's license because if there are multiple owners on a vehicle (spouses, etc) then they will create a unique RIN for that couple. If only one person is owning the vehicle you can use your driver's license.

Haha I think I kind of crashed the event early. Employees are still showing up. But I can tell you that they flew experiences people in from the States to help. The girl I talked to is from a Chicago and is here two weeks.
