    Not sure what to make of these numbers. Something doesn't seem right. Why does the usage number go up and down exactly like the solar numbers.Seems like the numbers should be criss-crossing depending on usage an solar production.

    Appreciate any ideas how we can escalate this problem through the solar community to get some resolution to this problem. I mean how hard is it to hire people to answer phone calls, don't need engineers to answer calls.

    I would very surprised no matter how long you wait on telephone you will ever be connected with customer support. Just talked with Supervisor for service appointments and the customer service team says don't expect to hear anything within 72 hours.. Sounds like you are already beyond that...

    I am willing to cut them some slack if I felt they were working to correct this issue. I want to potential customers to be aware of the issue, this will put pressure on Tesla to fix the problem. (I hope)

    Thanks. I received the official turn email this morning. Trying to get in touch with Tesla customer care is beyond ridiculous. 4th time trying to today, have given up every time after waiting on hold for more than 30 minutes each time.

    Grid Outage

    Yes that is what I was told also. But I was thinking there has to be a device or way to configure the system to not send power to grid during outage. Haven't had chance to investigate hybrid inverter mentioned above, but maybe that is what is needed.

    It is really frustrating that I can't use solar electric when grid is down unless I have Powerwall. Is there a device or a way to configure that you can stop from sending to Grid during outage and utilize that power from panels?
