Was the black screen issue after the software update? My car updated last night and I had a black screen this morning when I first went into the car. I rebooted the screen by pushing both buttons on the steering wheel for a few seconds and that seemed to fix it.

You don’t need EAP for the lane departure feature as it is standard feature but regardless, the boat bobbing issue sounds like something completely different.

#2 might be lane departure feature. When the car notices you are creeping out of your lane it will vibrate the steering wheel a little bit, kind of like the feeling of driving over rumble strips. Is that what you felt or was it something different?

With regards to your difficulties uploading one of the photos, if you scroll to the bottom of the page and change the site to the US version, then try again, you may not have that difficulty anymore. That trick worked for me when I ran into the same problem.

I received an email this morning from Tesla to let me know my VIN and also to confirm all of my purchase details. The email also mentions scheduling delivery very soon. So sounds like it's really happening.
