I would hope they deliver it on a truck, but who knows? Just remember that you are the customer. So even if the delivery isn't on a truck and the guy has his 9-month pregnant wife waiting in another car, take your time and make sure the car is perfect.

I'm not sure I understand what you are saying. The tax credit will be cut in half starting in 2019, then half again for Q3 and Q4 of 2019, then gone.
