I can't say whether the aeros would fit (but I suspect not). On the 18" Titan 7's i have on for the colder months there's something like 7-10mm of clearance (my visual estimate only!) It's the rear pup brakes that are a tighter fit - I would guess those are closer to 5mm or so clearance.

You’re probably right. I was daydreaming and torqued to the 83nm that I believe the caliper bolts get. I believe the slider bolts are supposed to be around 25nm (but they felt a bit tighter than that coming off). It would just be nice to know I can get replacement bolts. I find the parts finder...

Not my Caliper, but I’ve circled where the bolts attach to the mounting bracket. I thought the caliper glided on the Slider bolts only, and I wasn’t too worried about the mounting bracket.

I did look there but I didn’t see the bolts listed. Perhaps you can’t buy them on their own? I’m thinking the service centre is confusing the Caliper mounting lots for the sliding bolts/pins I’m referring to. Would prefer not to drive 1 hour each way just to find that out!

Upgraded to BBK so selling my well cared for Stock front performance calipers (with the stock pads). Pads seem hardly worn. I’m in Canada but will ship anywhere in US. $900 shipped.

MMP BBK installed. Very smooth install! With 18” Titan7 TS5’s they fit will good clearance. What do others do to prevent hitting larger calipers with the wheel barrels? Even lightweight Titan7’s are hard to take off perfectly straight. I might start hanging a thin towel over the calipers each time.

If someone does install the MPP BBK up front, is it a given that the rear rotors have to be upgraded at the same time? I get that the front wheels would be pushed out slightly and the rears wouldn't (by those few mm), but I'm talking more about the heating of the rear rotors and at what point...

I appreciate the advice. Factoring into this is the fact that I could no doubt re-sell the stock PUP calipers, rotors, heat shield etc. and recoup a little of the cost of the BBK, further narrowing the cost difference between just upgrading the rotors. I'll mull it over for a bit longer.

The stock rotors seem like an obvious weak point so i just want to remove them from the equation. The MPP rotors also solve the hub lip issue by extending out by an additional 4mm vs OEM, so that's an added incentive as it opens up wheel options. I'm curious how much the MPP rotors improve the...

Yes, I got the 18x8.5. In the end I opted for efficiency by sticking with stock tire specs but I agree the sunken in look isn't the best. (These are my cold weather wheels.)

I'm buying a set of the Tesla Titan 7 T-S5 18x8.5 +35 rims from Evasive. Mine is a 2018 M3P+. Tony from Evasive said the recommended tire is 255/40. Would everyone agree with that? I prefer a thicker sidewall and prefer not to leave large wheel well gaps, so wondering if i could go 255/45?
