I wouldnt worry about it, My VIN is even lower than that and it got assigned yesterday. VIN's are not in sequence on purpose.

Yeah she said the VIN was pulling the Model S P100D, which I would have been OK paying insurance for if I actually got that for the Model 3 price :). I looked up the VIN and sure enough it was listed as Model 3 on NHTSA

I think it really all depends on where you're located and if your state has a Tesla Service center. I feel like they tend to get contacted right away since the cars need to be paid for before entering the state. My Edit Button disapeared 2 weeks ago but still have not have had contact ( 4/18...

Back when they sent out invites in April they were barely hitting 2000 a week. They are now hitting 3,500 and expecting to hit 5-6 by end of the month. Granted I am 4/18 who hasn't even been assigned a VIN yet. 7 weeks :(
